Mike Palmer – President
Mike Palmer has been with the company for 15 years, beginning his career with the organization when it operated as Hammond Property Management. This long-standing tenure provides continuity, deep institutional knowledge, and a strong understanding of the Big Sky communities CCM serves.
As President, Mike brings a hands-on approach rooted in professionalism, transparency, and service. His leadership shapes the company’s culture and ensures CCM continues to deliver proactive management, clear communication, and dependable results for every community.
